Reconstruction and renewal of urban decay; review of the experiences related to recondition and renovation of urban blights in the country; evaluating the successful experiences related to regeneration and renovation of world urban blights(with priority to the same conditions in Iran); knowing and providing solutions beyond regeneration and renewal of urban decays such as registered, lawful, legal, ownership, social - cultural and ...; investigate ways for empowement and participation of landowners, residents and investors in the urban decay; the study to provide financing resources for recondition and renovation of urban decays; analyze the necessity of establishing offices of neighborhood services in renewal and regeneration of urban decays; examine and explain the role of relevant organizations in reconditioning and renewal of urban blights.
